We're recruiting: Roofbreaker Co-ordinator North

Through the Roof is looking to ‘ramp-up’ its Roofbreaker project by appointing a UK Roofbreaker Co-ordinator to cover:

Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England
(northern England to include Yorkshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and all areas north).

We’re looking for a team-player who lives within the area, and can work (remotely) with their counterparts in the West and East. The successful candidate will play a vital role in extending the reach of the Roofbreaker project into new areas, recruiting more Roofbreakers (Disability Champions), enthusing them and providing resources, support, prayer, and encouragement; and enabling successful teamwork within Roofbreaker Networks.

Benefits

Salary: £12,500 pa for 2.5 days per week (£25,000, Full-Time Equivalent).
Location: To cover Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England. The work can be done remotely for most of the time, although travel will be required within the area covered, as appropriate, and to our offices in south London for Team meetings.
Hours: Average of 2.5 working days per week (17.5 hours). There is flexibility over working days.
Annual Leave: 11.5 days (23 days pa, Full-Time Equivalent) plus 4 days pro rata for Bank
Holiday entitlement (8 days pa, Full-Time Equivalent)
Review: The post is subject to a six-month probationary period to ensure mutual satisfaction
with outcomes being achieved.
Length of contract: This post is offered as a fixed-term contract, ending April 2026

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to Stage 1 interview questions over Zoom on Tuesday 14th January 2025.

Successful candidates will be invited to Stage 2 interviews to take place in-person. This will include a set, timed task; and a short, pre-planned presentation.
